We are an organisation dedicated to the liberation of all of humanity from its own limiting, and misleading, programming. All of our events relate to this.  We want you to find healing & wholeness, to find connection and to find freedom. We want you to find The Real (You).  If each of us focus on doing the necessary work to achieve that within ourselves, within very little time, we will all be there and we shall live in a very different world.

We constantly get messages asking for a biography of Darren (Magpie) and any other members of Alternative Answers.  Well, rather than being a case of 'your wish is our command', its more a case of 'your lack of willingness to commit without this information has finally had an effect'!

There used to be biographies on an earlier incarnation of the site but this was removed because of how Darren feels about 'personal history'.  Out of a desire for this work to reach a wider audience, he has bowed to peer pressure and agreed to compromise somewhat.  It should be noted that none of the people named are interested in having any recognition for their effort - all take the stance of it being the work which is important and not the people doing it.

Alternative Answers is primarily the creation and work of seer, initiate and teacher - Darren Deojee, and his circle of warriors - the new Knights.  These include the great contribution of Zlatuse Sedlackova, his partner, who co-hosts as well as contributes to developing and refining the material in workshops and talks (though she has very little involvement in the website).   Steven is a researcher involved in the Science of Sound and we also have  Michael & Mark who give who give their time, resource and effort to the ongoing growth and production of the material and its wider dissemination. There are also others involved who would rather not be named from a committed sense of humility and service.

 The Science of Sound has a great need of additional resource.  Money and time is needed in abundance to fully explore 'the periodic table of human sounds' but we accept this long term project will have its ascendancy in due course.

About Darren

Born in Scotland to a Scottish mother and Mauritian father, Darren found himself naturally exploring human consciousness and conditioning from a young age.  His earliest writings on the subject appeared around age 11.  He devoted himself to a spiritually focussed path in his late teens and his path has taken him on a fascinating journey, both in the mundane world, and in the more esoteric ever since.  In 'everyday life' he has served in many areas of social impact including media, police, finance, government and IT.  These have given him a deep insight into not just conditioning, but also our world crises, personal, international, and racial.  In the more esoteric and spiritual side of his path Darren has journeyed to the heights of Macchu Piccu to the depths of the Great Pyramid in his quest, with many, many other stops along the way - both without and within.

He began to study Psychology at Edinburgh University but left before completing as he found it unsuitable for his needs.  He has studied and practised many of the worlds religious and development systems but had a particular affinity for Toltequity, which he adopted as his 'umbrella' path from his late teens.  Through this, he has developed a keen insight for the 'repeating patterns' which appear in all these systems, from religion to yogic philosophy, to esoteric teachings, which is why his work often seems to condense and simplify what appears in a range of schools around the world.   Having attended intensive insitutes for personal healing and growth, Darren used all the tools available around him to help him on his journey of personal healing, growth and his ongoing search for meaning and purpose.  In his early 20's Darren focussed on an area which had been in his awareness from a pre-pubescent age - that of Gender and gender energy, a greatly misunderstood and neglected subject in this age of supposed enlightenment.  Through using models presented by Toltec seer and nagual Theun Mares, Darren began to explore these in his own life and relationships until this led him, finally, to a breakthrough that signalled the death throes of all he had been in his life. He experienced The Coming of The Soul in his mid-twenties (this is explained in any of his gender workshops or personal consultations on gender for personal growth).  This initiation signified the beginning of the manifestation of his Soul's purpose, of which the key part is the dissemination, understanding and exploration of THE WORD and Lost Word, of which both have been lost for over a thousand years.  Everything else, all other work, comes under the banner of The Word, though one doesn't need to know about or understand The Word to benefit from Darrens experience and other offerings.  After spending a few years integrating, Darren sought to begin his service proper almost two years ago.  Darren continues to work consciously towards his souls purpose and his own growth as he seeks to guide others to find theirs - through healing, through understanding, through relentless effort and through an open heart that is willing to learn.  Sharing his knowledge, experience and understanding of human nature, Darren brings compassion and genuine insight to all his events.  We all process the world in the same way - we just interpret it differently.  Darrens insights are to help make your subconscious processing conscious - as it once was, and to help you find the light, liberation, love and reward that lies there for you when you do. Darrens key focus is to use The Word and the science of sound to break down intercultural, interracial and interlinguistic barriers and conditioning. He believes that through embracing and understanding The Word all humanity, and all its endeavours, from science to religion to philosophy to everyday life, can find peace, wholeness, understanding and an exciting new direction that has room for everyone - and leads to some very very interesting places..and he intends to prove it.
