Gender is one of the most misunderstood and neglected aspects of humanity. We often here about 'Being' and 'Oh , you should Just Be', but this is only half of the story....it is the female half and it does need honouring and expressing. The vast majority of practises, therapies, systems and the rest are about learning to 'let go and be' – to get out of the rational and into the non-linear part of self – this is the receptive, accepting female energy that lies in ALL of us. But we can 'just Be' sitting in front of the TV for 20 years and we aren't doing much good for ourselves or anyone else for that matter!

You don't just BE your Self, you BE-COME your Self.

The other half is the male half, and it has been neglected and castigated for so long due to its negative expression in the world that we just bitterly accept and judge it, moving to 'leave it out' when we engage in personal work rather than seeking to correct and heal that too. Once more, this too is in ALL of us.

The male half is the 'Coming' part of 'be-coming' and it holds the secret of the male half of gender just as 'Being' holds the secrets of the female. So many practices these days are seeking to express and reclaim the divine feminine, and this is greatly needed, but it is not all that is needed! We need to heal and reclaim the divine masculine too!

Most people don't realise it, but the energy of gender is at play in all of these, at all times – 24 hours a day in fact. Our society's neglect of this so-called taboo subject has led to the failure rate of modern marriages, the general disagreement in our communities and youth problems, and the increase of such issues as homosexuality, transgender and suchlike. These are all gender issues and ones which are easily understood once the natural cosmic gender model is understood.

Gender is a magnificent mystery. Our work doesn't try to take away this magnificence as experienced by simply Being in it, it seeks to add to the magnificence by adding understanding of the male 'Coming' to it.
