Well, it was months ago, but I've had a bit of an anti-tech year, hence the lack of updates, but since I'm finally getting around to it, here are a few pics from the June Learning to SEE Again event in Kendal. It was a lovely success with a great bunch of people. Sadly, the weather didn't hold out for the outdoors exercise part of the event so we had to cut it a bit short, but everyone seemed to enjoy the day! a few testimonials are with the pictures.... |

Well, I bet you all have been wondering whats happening - I've been very quiet so far this year and haven't really updated this site. But, you'll be pleased to know, this doesn't mean I've not been doing anything! Quite the contrary. Theres a whole suite of yoga-related events (not postures, never fear!) im running through my new yoga specific website, which ill link into this soon - its www.beyondasana.co.uk and i have one event a month running between June and year end, Im also running a secrets of sound event in Lancashire at the end of June, so get in touch if you want to come I'm also teaching a weekly morning class and forntightly community class at the yoga rooms, details on their website.
I'll be in London for the first week of June - the WHOLE week doing free/donation talks and perhaps even some workshops - details to come soon!

 The Waveform Project Earthdance event was a roaring success. For the first outdoor UK Earthdance event, we think everyone involved deserves a pat on the back! For those that don't know, Earthdance is a global project spanning 340 events in 60 countries where groups of all sizes gathered to dance for world peace, to recite a prayer for peace and to take part in the H2OM project, sounding 3 OM's for the benefit of the waters of the Earth.
It is estimated over a million people attended globally making this a truly staggering accomplishment! At the Waveform project, around 3500 gathered for a 3 day festival which, for many, was the greatest event of the festival season!
The atmosphere was friendly, the setting beautiful, and the setup excellent with a decent green village, compost toilets, and all power being from sustainable resources. Of course, improvements can be made for next time, but for a first outing, this was a great start for UK Earthdance events! Read more to hear about our three workshop events.. |

There has been a change to our regular class schedule : due to other commitments, the weekly Manchester class has been cancelled until further notice. You will still have the opportunity to do regular sound work with Darren by attending the workshops. |
